I am undecided. I dig Bush's foreign pol, to a degree, but not his domestic. He promises on thing and delivers either another or nothing. I am a conservative of the older ilk. Lower taxes smaller gov. But not marketing campaigns for pres. like Bush. I would have voted for McCain.

I don't think its the intellectuals that are playing on the commoners, Its the rich, they are far from intellectual. Just look at hannity, he is common car salesman, able to sell his product. These guys get HUGE funding from big business, propping them up, serving their needs.
I believe we are at a fork in the road this november, we are choosing corporatism, or steady progress with mediocre leader.

This unholy push to invade our politics is a natural occurance, we have VERY big businesses, and they push big for more money, its the law to make profit now, so they do what they do, back before reagan it was law to bring something to the commons that helped america prosper. I guess the problem is the disinformation that we get, we don't realize people like tom delay are unamerican antidemocratic anticompetitive. Predatorial companys like walmart, love it.

First, i almost have to laugh at you trying to say Hannity and other conservative talkers are props of big business. Most of their advertisements come from small business owners. Ive never heard of big TigerBalm companies

Second, Why would you want anything to do with a mediocre leader? How will that give progress? And who is this mediocre leader? Kerry? Kerry is the epitome of defending the status quo.

You need to learn the truth about businesses. They exist for one reason alone. to make a profit. to do this they give the people what they want. Tell me why on earth you want to stop corporations who preform a service in giving people what they want? If they screw over the people, they screw over their revenue. And while some stupid CEOs may choose to do that most are fairly smart and avoiding that.

Rather than let the market drive the economy, or in other words letting the people decide what they want to buy and what they dont want to buy, you want to put us in the hands of a failed communist system. That makes no sense whatsoever.

Tell me whats wrong with giving people what they want and need while making a living off it?

Seriously im not thrilled about the domestic agenda either. I know he said he was going to try to unite to get things accomplished i just wish he would stop accomplishing much of the Democrat agenda.

Whats wrong is when politians don't enforce the rules of the game of business. You dont think corporations can take advantage of you and make money doing it? Thats obsurd. This is why they oppose unions(the people who brought you the weekend, seriously). unions try to 'level the playing field' between worker an business. One worker can't defend himself against multinational corporations and their lawyers.

The reason I would vote for kerry, the republican lite, who will be similar to Clinton. Is because voting Bush would be going back to the days of serfdom at an ever increasing rate. Kerry would be a patch on the bleeding, atleast we would have fighting chance. This nation wants some serious accountability, which the current whitehouse is in serious lack of, they thinkt heir cause is gods will, devine. I disagree, and I KNOW Kerry won't be like that.

I live in Arizona, and I couldn't agree with you more about mccain. He's a piece of crap, and no Republican.
