Regardless of anything else she said, or did not say, this is enough to disqualify her as wholly unfit for public office. Perhaps she should consider working for Franklin Graham.

Yes.

Give each candidate (for federal positions as well) a standard IQ test.

If they score under 100 (average IQ) - they cannot run for the office (allow them to re-take the test after a week in case of nerves or something).

Only intelligent people should be allowed to run for office.

Of course, Trump would never have been allowed to run under this rule/law...but it's too late for that.
