9. Gov. Romney outsourced state jobs.

Half true means it's true but they have excuses for it, I've found.

It's like they say the 716 bill medicare cut is "half" true...it's true..but they say it's just not going to hurt anything!

PolitiFact National used state-level statistics from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, looking at figures for non-farm jobs, seasonally adjusted. Since the Massachusetts governor takes office in early January, PolitiFact used the data for December of each year as a baseline.

From December 2002 to December 2006, Massachusetts ranked 47th out of 50 states (not including the District of Columbia) in job growth, calculated by using the number of jobs at the beginning and end of the period for each state to determine the percentage change and then ranking the states. Only Ohio, Louisiana and Michigan fared worse.

So, the numbers check out again.

As Mitt Romney rightfully pointed out; when you get your unemployment to the lowest in the nation; then here come the hacks trying to twist subsequent growth as low job creation. well.. it wasn't the lowest and I would hardly say Romney got his unemployment to one of the lowest.
