Please menewa, share with us what this "incredible guy" has really done to deserve respect .

quote from www.achievement.org

Nader went on to create an organization of energetic young lawyers and researchers (often called "Nader's Raiders") who produced systematic exposés of industrial hazards, pollution, unsafe products, and governmental neglect of consumer safety laws. Nader is widely recognized as the founder of the consumers' rights movement. He played a key role in the creation of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Freedom of Information Act and the Consumer Product Safety Commission. He has continued to work for consumer safety and for the reform of the political system through his group Public Citizen.

What have you done with your life?

There was a cause for this war you obviously can't see that with your hatred for the administration!

Shock & Awe is not the answer. To remove Saddam, 10,000 civilians were killed, women & children.... this not how you stop terror. Can you imagine what you will do if you are a surviving member of a family bombed to bits? I don't think you will be sitting around welcoming US soldiers.

Culture need time to elvolve, not forced upon them. Saddam is an evil man and need to be removed, but not with innocent lives. You forget that the past administration supported Saddam during the Iraq-Iran war.

I forsee the future of Iraq to be governed by clerics and mullah... the very same group of people Saddam oppressed, the same group of people US is now fighting against... the like of al-Sadr..... In order to put down this group of Islamic fanatics, they are now labelled as militants and insurgents. Same shit, different oppressor.......

Still seems a far cry from a smoking gun.

Could be, but in any case, glad there isn't anything smoking from their use.
