We are talking about the bluest state in Utah. Hardly unexpected. They did not expand anything since a Republican won a Republican held seat. If you look at what happened in Virginia, the Democrats won 6 of the 11 Congressional districts.

And Virginia voted overwhelming for crooked Hillary. So what's all the excitement for? Is that that the Dems have lost so much for so long, that ANY win, even one in a state that is so blue, is a huge accomplishment?

It did not vote overwhelmingly for Clinton. Clinton won by 5 which is hardly overwhelming after Romney lost by 4. Also republicans held a 66-34 lead in the state House of Delegates which is unusual for a blue state. Democrats picked up at least 15 seats. Also how it was won is a warning sign for Republicans. The big issue was healthcare and broke heavily for Democrats. Taxes and Immigration broke for Republicans but was not a major issue. It fits with polls that show voters support fixing Obamacare not repealing it or destroying it. Also moderates broke nearly 2-1 for Democrats. This is what gave Trump a victory. Moderates who reluctantly voted for Trump. There are red flags all over the place.

This was already a Republican held seat and given that it's Utah, the most Republican state in the country, the odds of them losing were pretty slim.

Actually, so far out of five House races republicans have won all five. And before each of those races the Dems and the fake media cited their fake polls, and told us they're going to win and that it will be all about Trump. Until they lost.
