Wow, I Was Getting In Sensory Deprivation Tanks -

I've been practicing meditation for 40 years and teaching for over 30, so I don't really the help of a sensory deprivation tank. I can get to a very deep level of meditation very quickly.

I get to such an extreme level of concentration that I can control normally autonomous body functions such as heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature.

I highly recommend meditation.

Interesting. I have a question, when you meditate do you have to be physically still or can you meditate to some level during physical activity?
