Alternative fuels won't work until we are about to run out of oil. Until then, we use oil and there isn't any reason to use anything else en masse. When we are running out of oil, someone will make a vehicle that people want that runs on something besides oil.. Until then, everything else is too expensive and people don't want it.

We will never "run out of" oil...it's an abiotic resource constantly being produced in the Earth's core. Evidence of this is old wells thought depleted begin producing again. "Finite resource" is a concept the oil giants are only too happy to agree with the prog morons about....it gives them the ability to price on future scarcity which they know is not real. You freaks are driving up your own transportation costs with this crap.
