Would you do 16 years in Prison for $25 Million?...

Isn't every system devised by man inherently flawed? There are mistakes made but overall our system works better than most.

Wait a minute, if you are killed in a plane crash the award is based on what you would have earned for the rest of your life. Don't tell me Thad Jiminez would have made more than a million and a quarter per year. More likely about 10K if you don't include the food stamps.

If I was forced into prison for 16 years and then given 25 million for wrongful conviction.

Yeah, I'd take it.

I might do it if I could look back and be selective about the years. Let's see . . . what years of my life would I just as soon have done without? Well, there was 1990 and, I suppose, 2005. Hmmm . . . only 14 more to go . . . .
