That's what I tried to tell the Speedershooter way back -- you can make some attempt at quantifying "intelligence" with a number, but that's irrelevant. You can't use an IQ to measure what's in a person's heart.

We've actually gone in the opposite direction to what you suggest. With our "No Child Left Behind" bullshit, we are attempting to not only eliminate all those elements you have detailed, but we are trying to press every child into a one-size-fits-all mold defined strictly by system-wide test scores.

I agree. No child left behind is a pile of crap. The intention when the legislation was conceived may have been good, but the results suck.
