Suppose that while Biden was in Ukraine, he got caught on video picking his nose and eating the buggers. The video is real, legally obtained, and not doctored. Would it be legal for Ukraine to send Trump a copy of the video? Would it be legal for Trump to ask for a copy of the video? Would it be legal is Ukraine simply loaded the video on youtube or sent the video to a news agency to publish?
