1. We already have background checks. there is no way to enforce open or private sales.
2. The young one had a valid MA drivers license, he can get guns anywhere

EVERY time I have gone to a gun show and I have purchased a weapon, I have had to go thru the EXACT same process as if I had gone to the store location... EVERY TIME

The ONLY time I have even seen a non background transaction was between 2 INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE OWNERS... which is NO DIFFERENT than if he sold it with a cash transaction in their house, garage, etc...
