Seems to me India is the only country on that list that will improve. I love this Bill Gates anecdote that puts the subjugation of women into perspective:

Bill Gates recalls once being invited to speak in Saudi Arabia and
finding himself facing a segregated audience. Four-fifths of the listeners
were men, on the left. The remaining one-fifth were women, all covered in
black cloaks and veils, on the right. A partition separated the two
groups. Toward the end, in the question-and-answer session, a member of
the audience noted that Saudi Arabia aimed to be one of the Top 10
countries in the world in technology by 2010 and asked if that was
realistic. 'Well, if you’re not fully utilizing half the talent in the
country,' Gates said, 'you’re not going to get too close to the Top 10.'
The small group on the right erupted in wild cheering."

Human Trafficking

  1. Approximately 75-80% of human trafficking is for sex.a
  2. Researchers note that sex trafficking plays a major role in the spread of HIV.b
  3. There are more human slaves in the world today than ever before in history.l
  4. There are an estimated 27 million adults and 13 million children around the world who are victims of human trafficking.l
  5. Human trafficking not only involves sex and labor, but people are also trafficked for organ harvesting.k
  6. Human traffickers often use a Sudanese phrase “use a slave to catch slaves,” meaning traffickers send “broken-in girls” to recruit younger girls into the sex trade. Sex traffickers often train girls themselves, raping them and teaching them sex acts.l
  7. Eighty percent of North Koreans who escape into China are women. Nine out of 10 of those women become victims of human trafficking, often for sex. If the women complain, they are deported back to North Korea, where they are thrown into gulags or are executed.h
Approximately 30,000 victims of sex trafficking die each year

Slavery in this world has never ended..............I've seen it with my own eyes while overseas back in the day.

It's one thing to read about it, and another to see it in person. It is something you will never forget...........

Bahrain being the example at a Pizza Hut of all places...............Their were slaves working the counter............bought and paid for from the Phillipines..............work by day and sex slaves by night..........sold by their families to rich Arabs..................

Tis a Fing crying shame.
