It was an astonishing game, befitting the semi-final of the World Cup.
NZ had to chase down 298 runs in 43 overs.

Personally, I hope that we meet India in the final - that will give us an almost home advantage.
India will have to play well to get past Australia tomorrow though.

Did it rain? Why was it only 43 overs? Did you mean to say that you guys were able to chase 298 in 43 overs?

I would love to see India beat Australia. They are acting pretty cocky right now. I guess because they have beaten India all summer (Aussie summer) long. I think it is time for India to turn it around. I think if the umpiring is fair, India may humble Aussies even on a fast wicket.

Yeah, there was a rain break during the first (South Africa's) innings.
SA came back with five overs to face and they scored something like 80 runs.

It looks like there is no chance of rain in Sydney. It is 70 F there.

Indians have been in Australia for about four-month now. So I think they have gotten used to Australian pitches and climate.

It seems like they won fair and square. I have yet to watch the game so I will reserve the final verdict for later but anyway we are out
