Israel is protecting SA from Iran.

Is that not good? If Iran threatens to attack Israel, Israel can use Saudi airspace to launch attacks on Iran. It's a win, win two way street.

I don't think so. Too much to gain by both Israel & the Saudis united politically against common enemies.
