Women leaving Repub voting ranks in droves

LOL, what a joke..

women know they can get contraceptives and even their precious abortions..

this article is a joke.. but it's evident the Washington compost thinks women are STUPID

It's not JUST contraceptives and abortions:

Stop the War on Women

Top 10 Shocking Attacks from the GOP's War on Women

1) Republicans not only want to reduce women's access to abortion care, they're actually trying to redefine rape. After a major backlash, they promised to stop. But they haven't yet. Shocker.

2) A state legislator in Georgia wants to change the legal term for victims of rape, stalking, and domestic violence to "accuser." But victims of other less gendered crimes, like burglary, would remain "victims."

3) In South Dakota, Republicans proposed a bill that could make it legal to murder a doctor who provides abortion care. (Yep, for real.)

4) Republicans want to cut nearly a billion dollars of food and other aid to low-income pregnant women, mothers, babies, and kids.

5) In Congress, Republicans have a bill that would let hospitals allow a woman to die rather than perform an abortion necessary to save her life.

6) Maryland Republicans ended all county money for a low-income kids' preschool program. Why? No need, they said. Women should really be home with the kids, not out working.

7) And at the federal level, Republicans want to cut that same program, Head Start, by $1 billion. That means over 200,000 kids could lose their spots in preschool.

8) Two-thirds of the elderly poor are women, and Republicans are taking aim at them too. A spending bill would cut funding for employment services, meals, and housing for senior citizens.

9) Congress just voted for a Republican amendment to cut all federal funding from Planned Parenthood health centers, one of the most trusted providers of basic health care and family planning in our country.

10) And if that wasn't enough, Republicans are pushing to eliminate all funds for the only federal family planning program. (For humans. But Republican Dan Burton has a bill to provide contraception for wild horses. You can't make this stuff up).

You want to be taken seriously and yet you post a MoveOn.org piece?
I laugh at you sonny.....

The list was compiled as a joint venture between MoveOn and Emily's List.

All the points can be validated.

So you think what rush said has any bearing over a failed obama economy? Women aren't that stupid.

You have touched on the real issue, bigreb. This is all a smoke screen to get the eyes off the ball. Make it about republicans and not deal with how obama has failed. Make no mistake about that.
It's almost laughable. It's like they have complained about someone farting when they have a underwear full of shit.:cuckoo:

The exit polls will reveal the extent to which the GOP's unofficial spokesman has alienated potential female Repub voters. I tend to believe that they won't forget it comer November.

If you seriously believe women will vote for your 0ssiah in NOVEMBER to spite the republicans for Rush's comments to some leftist in MARCH, then you are dumber than I originally believed...

Santorum will be just a paragraph in the history pages by November.

That's what the females and the males will be remembering. Sheesh....

so there is a bill that would allow women to die than perform a abortion..

no friggen fear mongering there folks

I love how Dems seem to think they know how women are going to vote. What BS. And, women aren't stupid. Sorry. Try again. We don't only vote with our uterus. And, we don't only vote trying to scrape the fetal "tissue blobs" out of our uterus either.

Really? You insult all women more than Rush did to one woman by insinuating they are to stupid to not see a failed obama economy. But will vote for obama because of what a non political talk radio person said? Why do you disrespect women like that?

the left is getting desperate..
but you're right, this topic isn't even going to be on the radar screen come November.

This whole fiasco shows the fear the left has for ideas, and the intensity with which they want to do the whole debate on personalities, preferably the more trivial they can get, the better they feel.

One goofball radio entertainer's comments on one greedy rich spoiled bratlet will not change the fact he has not closed gitmo, the unemployment rate has never been less than 8% his entire term of office, the dollars's swoon on international markets is causing serious inflation issues in food and gasoline and other products. We have a budget problem that makes the issues the Greeks face look easy.

You want to run on Rush? Women in America care more about feeding the family than the words of a radio guy. You want to run on Rush.? The question women are facing with $6 gas is how to deal with a family budget where going to work costs almost as much as you earn. You want to run on Rush? explain why folks have run out of unemployment benefits that ran 99 weeks. You want to run on Rush? the women in America care more about the paycheck that isn't there.
