Toilet paper should go "over." It's the "2am, gotta go" thing... Half asleep and spinning the roll around and around bc you just want to get back in bed and where's the friggin' edge of the roll?! So, yeah... people do care about this stuff.
But, I'd be willing to compromise if hubby PROMISED to put the seat back down. Spinning the roll around is not nearly as bad as a 2am cold dunking! :shocked:
