Woman killed while riding her bike by a Mexician driver.

On Sunday 3 27 she was struck from behind by a driver passing a line of traffic. The pickup struck her bike and sped away from the scene. Police caught the driver 3 mile away and arrested the suspect. Found in the truck was a pistol found to be stolen during a House intrusion a week prior to the traffic accident. I was reported that the driver had been deported from the USA twice prior to this incident. He will be charged with poss of stolen property, vehicle homicide, Hit and Run.

This is just another case of returned criminals. This Occured in the City of Fairhope Alabama.

One would hope Alabama has the death penalty for this. We need to quit deporting the harder criminals and start killing them.
