Yeah, it seems that this witness who testified to the grand jury supports what many believe happened...the kid wouldn't stop advancing on the cop....

Ferguson Mike Brown Grand Jury Testimony

Key facets of his testimony to the grand jury, as he recounts it, include:

  • Officer Wilson did not fire while Brown was moving away form him, but only when Brown turned back towards him.
  • Brown motioned with his arms out to his sides, but never raised them high.
  • Brown continued to advance on Wilson despite repeated orders to stop.
  • When Wilson fired his last rounds Brown was only ~20 feet away (those of you familiar with the Tueller drill understand the tactical implications of that distance, although this witness almost certainly did not).
  • Brown’s friend and criminal cohort Dorian Johnson took off running when the first round was fired inside Wilson’s police vehicle (thus casting further doubt on his testimony of later events, as if further doubt was needed).
  • He saw a struggle inside the patrol car, and saw Wilson’s hat fly off.
  • A shot was heard, at which point Brown ran, followed by Wilson (thus measurements of Brown’s body from Wilson’s vehicle are not likely representative of the distance between the men when Wilson fired).
  • Wilson, gun drawn, shouted repeatedly at Brown to stop his flight.
  • Brown stopped, mumbled something inaudible, and began advancing on Wilson, despite Wilson having his gun in hand.
  • Wilson again ordered Brown to stop, and fired three shots.
  • Brown staggered, apparently from being struck by one or more rounds, then continued to advance on Wilson.

It almost seems like the rioters get more angry when evidence surfaces that points to a justified shooting. They like being angry and violent. They like looting and attacking people. And they get angrier if their reason for being angry is taken away. Of course, if things had gone the other way, they'd be disappointed. Getting justice isn't what this is about. It's about getting fired up and terrorizing the town. I honestly think some of those idiots enjoyed having an excuse to roam the streets and do as they please.

and the next line in the article that this witness said to the newspaper was:
Remarkably, after having provided this testimony, the witness is quoted in the interview as saying “He was already on his way down when he fired those last shots. What transpired to us, in my eyesight, was murder. Down outright murder.”

The witness is to stupid to realize that his testimony just exonerated officer Wilson.
And apparently you are as well.

What? The next line was an important part of the linked blogger's/cut and paste....why censor it out? It's part of the debate on the op's contention in his title... are you saying its not?

White people don't riot like this, so there is something obviously fucked up in the minds of these blacks in Ferguson. And I for one am losing patience and sympathy with the plight of blacks. This black anger is contrived and deliberate and I am getting fed up.

Anger and resentment of their own failures in life. And no one to blame it on.

Oh I get it...from what this blogger said the witness said to a newspaper interviewing him, about his grand jury testimony, you believe that officer Wilson had a right to kill Brown because he was advancing towards him....

We'll see if those were his precise words given to the grand jury....and if there was more to it than the 10 or so points that were given in the blog... Did he also say that after brown was shot and stopped by being shot, Wilson then shot the fatal shots.... to the grand jury as well?

Hard to tell the way the blogger had his article set up with the bullet points.... then the witness's next comment on it?

So, it's another waiting game on more info needed....

If what the witness said is true Wilson will be exonerated. And the fact that the witness said it with the intention of making it sound like Brown was killed without cause makes his testimony even more valuable.

White people don't riot like this, so there is something obviously fucked up in the minds of these blacks in Ferguson. And I for one am losing patience and sympathy with the plight of blacks. This black anger is contrived and deliberate and I am getting fed up.

There are a lot of good people in Ferguson who don't buy into the Sharpton narrative. Media doesn't see it as worthwhile to interview them. Also, an article in the local paper stated that many of the blacks in Ferguson plan to vote Republican this year. It's not that they are changing parties, but are sending a loud message to Dems regarding the way they have "helped" minorities. Some are realizing that they've been lied to and they have had enough. One guy stated that many have banded together and plan to vote against Dems because they don't want them to assume they always have their vote no matter what they do.

There have been many black communities speaking out against this administration and the Dems because the promises of helping minorities elevate were just lip service. To the Dems shock, many minorities are concerned about the economy, jobs and other things and not just cradle to grave care by nanny government. I've heard Dems claim that blacks who vote Republican vote against their own interests. Of course, that is because Dems believe that all blacks think alike and want big government to run their lives.

The rioters are low info people who tend to listen to Sharpton but don't have an understanding of what role they should play in their own advancement. They buy the crap that someone somewhere kept them down. It wasn't their bad choices, it was someone stopping them from getting an education, obeying the law and working. The message is that even if they try, it's all for nothing because no one will accept them. They don't believe they can achieve anything and feel they are doomed to poverty and a life of misery because racist America won't allow them to rise above it. I think that sort of rhetoric that is constantly uttered by some twisted 'leaders' of the black community is what keeps a certain percent of people in a state of anger and wanting revenge on those they think forced them into a life of poverty and keeps them there. If anyone suggests that it's more on the individual than some outside forces, it only increases the anger. The race baiters play on the desperation of people who hate their lives and encourages them to take their frustrations out on people who had nothing to do with their situation. Some believe that they are entitled to reparations for past sins and telling them to do more on their own is another form of racism. Because it got harder to find examples of racism, the new narrative emerged, which blames people for being privileged because they are white. That means no one white can be let off the hook. No matter how good you are or how fair you are with all people, your color will be held against you. To believe in white privilege, you must first believe that being white is better. The white privilege, which is now being taught in schools, ensures that the race baiting will go on forever. The left must learn that no race is superior, yet it's hard to get that through such thick skulls.

When the race baiters keep ginning up anger at every turn, it creates a bunch of emotional time bombs that can be set off at just about anything. Sharpton knows this, yet rushed in to rile the bases when Brown was shot. To this day, he won't speak the truth because he doesn't want the rioters to calm down.
