With Trump and Sanders Win, Are We Seeing a Full Scale Revolt in America?

trump is perfectly happy to have cronies that benefit him. Bernie, is well... Bernie. he's probably the purest of any politician. I wonder if that will change now that he wants something so big. me? I don't see the country voting for a socialist jew with a Brooklyn accent.

Trump played the political crony game and played it well and now wants to dismantle it. and he profits handsomely in brand name value if he pulls it off.

Sanders is who is his and I dont think voters will hold that against him if he can put the Wall Street genie back in the bottle. I know I dont.

Agreed, The one sure thing is Sanders will face immediate and on going opposition from those who are doing very well, They will protect the Golden Goose to which they feel entitled and fill the internet, radio and TV with hundreds of million of dollars to protect what they believe is theirs to take, with lies, half-truths, innuendos, rumors and hate and fear.

For years (literally) I have made the argument that the economic policy's for over a generation have created the foundation for a swing of the pendulum and that pendulum has swung away from the power elite and toward Bernie Sanders and his followers.
you guys crack me up. The golden goose? Like George Soros, Bill Gates, Tim Cook? Which one of these guys hates Sanders? Wow some people are so naïve. I love how people like you divide people all the time, then say it's us on the right. Same ole same ole.

Well, it's something like 17 days away, so anything is possible, but SC's dem party is about 50% black or MORE, and the polls do show Hillary with a lead. So, assuming the Clinton's have at least 10% solid support amongst whites, do you think it very likely that more than one in five blacks will flip to a Jew from Brooklyn who's not really been down there, and guess who is running a tv ad there today?
So you are implying that blacks are anti-semitic?

Not nice.

Hillary has a double digit lead around 20% like Sanders had in NH, but her lead is evaporating while Sanders is GROWING.

With NH at his back, methinks Sanders will sail to within a statistical tie.
No, I'm commenting upon the fact that Slick has courted black support for decades, and Benie hasn't noticed them.
And this has helped improve black lives how?

Oh, thats right, you think they are too stupid to look elsewhere, got it.

If I can vote for a Yankee like Trump, blacks can vote for a Yankee like Sanders, trust me on that. roflmao
I don't presume to suggest how blacks should vote. But I suspect Bernie will have trouble connecting.

Ben, is Carson still in the race? You know SC is an open primary don't you? Think any crossover action could be on the horizon? If there is, for every 10, how many do you think would be Democrat African Americans?

I am just asking the question to make you think of other choices to possibly consider, instead of the pablum the msn feeds you. Nobody knows, but like everything else in 16, it is possible.

What if Sanders wins Nevada between now and S Carolina?

Will he have more momentum to connect with black voters then?

And why do you think that black voters cannot think for themselves? You know he did just go to do some tribute with Al Sharpton after all.

I never said Black voters don't think for themselves. I believe it was you who said they voted for Slick even though he failed to improve their lives, which would be false btw.

And I have no idea if the Bern can now appeal to them. But, considering he moved from Brooklyn to live rurally in NH, he didn't appear to care much about Brooklyn back in the 70s. But, we'll have to see.

Hey, are you one of those who believes the disparity of wealth in the US is benign? Do you really believe that CU & McCutheon v. FEC rulings are all about free speech?

Not everyone on the Right is a fool, only those members of the crazy right wing, those who answer the two questions above in the affirmative are reality challenged.

Single issue voters are fools, IMO. Voting for someone because they oppose or support a specific wedge issues is a sign of abject foolishness.

I agree, but I also don't think most black voters are single issue voters. Bern will have his opportunity to earn their votes. We'll see.

I didn't mean to imply anything about black voters, my focus was more on wedge issues such as abortion, gun control, gay/lesbian marriage.

These are issues decided by the Supreme Court, a group of men and women as political as any in The Congress or in The White House.

There are three insurgent candidates.

Sanders = continue Obama's transformation of America into a socialist nation.

Trump = "strong man" type with no real values to go in and force Washington to reform itself. Dangerous for those who love liberty.

Cruz = returning to the constitution we've abandoned and ending the corruption by returning to root principles of liberty.

Each represents a different group. Our goals should determine what we pick. I want to restore the constitution and enforce our laws. That's why I'm leaning Cruz

"With Trump and Sanders Win, Are We Seeing a Full Scale Revolt in America?"

No.

NH is not 'representative' of all of America.

We're seeing an irrelevant primary in an irrelevant state, whose election results will be forgotten by the end of March – the democratic primary in particular, given Sanders is from Vermont.

Neither Trump nor Sanders will be their respective party's nominee.

Clayton, you don't know of what you say.

For example"

1) Every Republican candidate who finished first and second in Iowa and New Hampshire has won the presidential nomination.

2) That New Hampshire failed to force all the marginal candidates out of the race is a boon for Trump. There's still no single "establishment" candidate to oppose him. There are three, maybe four, and they're fighting each other, not Trump.

3) The RealClear average of New Hampshire polls pegged Trump at 29.5 percent. He got better than 34 percent of the actual vote.

4) If Jeb Bush is still running when the Florida primary occurs on March 15, he'll split the establishment vote with Marco Rubio. And Trump will win Florida. A similar situation will exist in Ohio if Kasich, the state's governor, hangs around. Kasich and Rubio and maybe Bush will form a circular firing squad. Should Trump win both states, the race is over.

5) The Trump magic appears to be spreading to states with upcoming primaries. A political group polling in House races found recently that Trump's lead in Alabama and North Carolina is roughly 2-to-1.

6) No Republican who fared as poorly as Bush in Iowa and New Hampshire has ever won the nomination or even come close

7) Then there's Ted Cruz. He managed to exceed expectations by finishing third. And he showed a clever candidate with skill at organizing can get by in a largely hostile state. He did this while spending less than $600,000.

The message to Republican leaders from New Hampshire is this: you'd better start figuring out how to help Donald Trump win the general election because he's probably going to be your presidential nominee.
Donald Trump in Driver's Seat on Way to Presidential Nomination

Actually you're seeing a train wreck. The left wing and the right wing finally have something in common. They've both gone bat shit crazy.

Bernie Sanders would get creamed in a General Election. It would remind us of this election.
Just move the blue over to New Hampshire and Vermont and color all the rest red.
1980-electoral-map.gif

Reagan v Mondale 1984.

Then Trump would lose to Hillary Clinton. Trump and his supporters have chased off 17% of the population into Hillary Clinton's lap. Hispanics, when the GOP nominee needs at least 46% of this block to win the White House.
GOP Win Will Need More Than 40 Percent Of Latino 2016 Vote, Says Study
Poll: 75% of Latinos Have Negative View of Donald Trump
Latino conservatives: If Donald Trump is the nominee, we will not work to elect him

Add in the women factor & Hillary Clinton has a 6 to 10 point advantage as being the 1st woman Presidential nominee in this nations history. Women rule today as the largest voting block, and they will be voting heavily for her. Plus Republicans have a woman problem that goes back to 2012. They were the ones that secured a 2nd term for Barack Obama.
Gender Gap in 2012 Vote Is Largest in Gallup's History
Why Romney Lost And Republicans Keep Losing
The GOP's woman problem goes beyond Trump

Republicans are the minority party at 41 million, Democrats are stronger at 46 million, and Independents are the largest today representing 40% of the entire electorate.

These numbers say that Hillary Clinton is going to paint this country blue from sea to shining sea. Republicans only hope is a Bernie Sanders nominee.

idiota, you should probably look up regressive -- your picture is under that word in the dictionary.

but what on earth are you talking about? that is EXACTLY what Alan Dershowitz said about him. your
lack of knowledge or information is not a reflection on the accuracy of my statement.

do you think you change reality by posting idiocy?

never mind.... rhetorical question. :cuckoo:
