I always hear bullshit like this and people getting arrested for helping lost kids find their parents. Personally I would never help a lost kid and leave my fate to corrupt cops, prosecutors, judges and parents/caretakers who don't want to take personal responsibility for losing track of their kid. Shit like this is so bad I remember reading on digg a few years ago where a girl had left from a daycare place unnoticed and tesns of people saw her on the busy street but were scared to do anything cuz of crap like in the link and the next day they found her drowned in a pond a block from the daycare.
