We have always said democrats make better criminals, this admin has proved it.

I wish for dems to have the balls to pass a budget, finally.

I wish taxes would be flat and based on sales so that everyone gets taxed and has some skin in the game.

I wish that Congress would stop out spending what it takes in at such a vast rate.

My prayers for a fiscally conservative sans socially conservative majority will never be met, but hope springs eternal every election.

There already are sale based taxes.

Everyone has some skin in the game.

When you talk about raising income taxes or lowering income taxes then about half the people have no skin in that game.
There are some sales based taxes, like gasoline and alcohol. So what?

While I oppose a national sales tax anything would be better than the regime we have now. Leftists always cry about the "the poor" as if they gave a shit. Newsflash: The don't. They care about getting re elected and demagoging the issue. If they actually cared about the poor they would start by outlawing teachers' unions.
