It wouldn't surprise me at all if the GOP had to pay people off in order to collect their signatures. So much for their so-called grass roots initiative.

Maybe they can set up a bar at the polling places in 2012 and buy drinks to get people to vote for...well...whomever it will be who finally decides to run for the Republicans.
