It does not have arrest powers, and no WI LEO will follow what the Senate has passed. They would be breaking the law and violating the WI law. Sometime tomorrow I imagine some judge will issue a restraining injunction against the Senate. I supported the Texas legislature when it tried to use LEO to catch the Dems when they bolted. The law provides such power there. WI does not.

Just a small, all but insignificant, point.

The immunity to arrest in the constitution prevents the Executive branch or the Judicial branch from arresting a member of the Legislative branch in an effort to prevent them from voting in the Assembly. It does not prevent the Legislative branch from arresting its own members in order to force them to do their job. In fact, the Wisconsin constitution specifically makes a provision to force attendance on anyone who refuses to show up for work.
