    What upkeep costs? Looks pretty damned simple. More so than the one kw windmills I have the plans for. And far cheaper, also. These people don't need the wattage the we do, just enough to run a led light and a small radio is a vast improvement in their lives.

    thnx. Sounds like oit might be good. Sounds better suited for small-scale, though (several on the roof of a house or something). That's, good though, we need to move away from a centralized power grid.
