I do not belong to a fantasy league where I am expected to know every player from every team, their stats, their salary and who they date. I know my own team and some about the teams in my teams division. I am not a sports analyst who gets paid to know everything about everyone. Scouts have jobs, GM's have jobs, coaches have jobs and for Seattle fans...we feel we have a duty and job if we are in the home team stands. I understand your animosity toward Seattle if you are a Raider fan, no love lost there believe you me!! LOL Being a Seahawks fan right now is awesome and for those who have been a fan for a long time it is a special thing. There have been times that I have been driving down the road (because my car has custom plates and Seahawked out) and gotten thumbs up and a "Go Hawks" yelled out the window as I drive by. Or a nod and "go hawks" in greeting from someone in the grocery store. Sorry that it disturbs you but "we" as fans have waited a very long time for this

You keep reading way too much into what I post. Nothing disturbs me about fans being happy, lord knows you have stunk for a long time. I didn't say you had be a fantasy team owner and know every player, that isn't what I was talking about. You go way over the top.

As far as flags and plates and all the crap...I've seen it all and in that respect at least Seattle fans are a little more civilized. The mid west teams are out and out nuts in their loyalty to their teams. I have been to homes that were orange and black themes, green and gold, crimson and whit, black and gold, blue and white. Cars painted in team colors. Real crazy stuff, they are over the top fans.

I follow the Raiders, we will finish 4-12 and be out of the playoffs early. I hate the Hawks, the Patriots and the Cowboys. The Hawk fans annoy me the most.

Dude, I lived I Pittsburgh for a long time. They are just as stupid as everyone else. My entire family comes from Pittsburgh / Cleveland and I spent lots of time living in both places. Their fans are no more or less knowledgeable than any other fan base. You are being an ass suggesting that fan base A knows more than fan base B. Give it a rest. Some people know their shit and some don't. The vast majority thinks the difference between a two-gap and a one-gap line scheme is something you would see in a porno movie and that is true of any fan base you bring up. All your bullshit about "oh you are a fan of team A so you don't know anything" is just fucking ignorant. Grow the hell up.

I've lost respect for wilson now.He reminds me of Dan Marino who got spoiled by success so badly after he set NFL records his second year and took the dolphins to the superbowl he demanded a much bigger paycheck.

When Carrol became the Hawks coach and then wilson came along and was the final piece to the puzzle that carrol and schneider assembled,the seahawks got me interested in NFL football again for the first time in 17 years and i started following them.they were my second favorite team after the chargers.

prior to Wilson coming along,i had no interest in NFL football because i lost complete interest in it when the Rams left LA.

I lost respect for pete the cheat though when he took a payoff to throw the superbowl.He is just as much a cheater as Belicheat only worse cause he cheats to lose.

People warned me about Carrol a year ago or so,i didnt listen to them..I should have though. I did not believe the players from USC who said carrol threw games.NOW i do though.

I wont contribute one dime to the NFL in the future it is so corrupt.

He jumped on the Seahawk bandwagon midway through their Super Bowl run. Then two games in predicted Seattle would go 16-0 and then go on to win it all. When the Hawks went 3-3 last season he bailed on Seattle. Fair weather fans, they are a joke. I hold you in higher esteem than those types.

If your market value for your job was $100,000 a year would you settle for $50,000 a year? Of course not. Like we see every year, the NFL is a business and the teams will cut players to save money so it's perfectly legit for the player to get as much as he can. Further these guys don't know what is going to happen to them in any given game. Remember Joe Theisman? One play and his career was over. Lots of these guys have severe consequences for the short time they get to play football.

He got paid what Seattle thought he was worth and it is a okay by me to get paid what you are believed to be worth.
