I'd go too, bet ya more white folks would attend then black folks

No I won't , because this museum violates the 14th Amendment unless they intend to build a museum for EVERY race in America.

The better question is, will black people actually go? I doubt it.

What, not the national african American museum?

No i will not visit, I am not into politically correct anything. I would also not to the the national white museum for that matter if they had one. Promoting racial anything is wrong in my opinion.

I've been to the American Indian Museum and I am not an Indian
I've been to the Holocaust Museum and I am not Jewish

Why not the Black Museum?

Museums pretend to be nonpartisan presentations of a topic, but these days they're just political. They all have a "message", especially the ethno-racial ones like the Holocaust Museum (like they have a wing dedicated to the Nazis and Holocaust doubters...).

I'm sure the "black museum" would be the same.

Why should whites have to pay for it? Oprah could fund the whole thing.

I find the Civil Rights period to be a fascinating time in US history. It reshaped the country. It would be worth visiting just for that
