Will POTUS Trump & the US continue to coddle the Saudi Arabian government & it terrorist regime, now that Washington Post reporter Khashoggi has been murdered in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, Turkey?

The Turkish government has told U.S. officials that it has audio and video recordings that prove Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi was killed inside the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul this month, according to U.S. and Turkish officials.

Turkish authorities have audio and visual evidence that shows journalist Jamal Khashoggi was killed inside the Saudi consulate in Istanbul just over a week ago, a source familiar with the ongoing investigation told CNN.
The source, who was briefed by a Western intelligence agency, says the evidence showed there had been an assault and a struggle inside the consulate. There is also evidence of the moment that Khashoggi was killed, the source said.

The US Government has a decades long relationship with the terrorist Saudi Arabian government that must end.
Does POTUS Trump have the cojones to tell the Saudi government to go and get a new arms dealer?
Will the US ever stop supporting this terrorist regime?

What's the big deal? The guy was just a journalist. ... :dunno:

Trump has been waging a TWO YEAR WAR on the press in America. Trump has been telling the WORLD that the press in America is the "enemy of the people." It looks as if the Saudis took this as a 'green light' to commit murder. It's a BIG DEAL.

IMO the murder of Khashoggi is a great reason for Nikki Haley to announce her leaving the UN.

-------------------------------- i think that the USA has some big and yuge business deals of Military Equipment with USA Allies called the Saudis Cado .

so whats in the best course of action and in the best interest of the USA and its American people Cado ??

People seem to be acting like that no other president before Donald Trump knew that the Saudis were not 'angels' yet have tolerated / supported them.

Like it or not, one major fact in life is that the world runs on oil, and that the Saudis are strategically important to this country because they sit atop of a sea of oil.

One cannot downplay how important a fact that is and having to sometimes 'deal With the Devil'.

If liberals oppose tge United States fracking or Drilling to tap our own oil supplies to make this country energy-independent then how can they complain about having to deal with other nefarious sources outside of the United States who we are otherwise dependent upon?

It is a big deal because he was a citizen not because of his profession.

no USA news reporter has been murdered in the USA as far as i am aware Cado .

Starts with calling out and denouncing the Saudi government for their actions.

But Trump has business ties with the Saudi's so that will never happen. It's all about what is best for Trump, not America.

Oh, fur sure dude; like the US sells military weapons to the whole planet & that is one reason why the planet is killing itself.
Aren't we great?
Here is an article on the US /Saudi 2017 arms deal.
https://foxtrotalpha.jalopnik.com/here-s-what-saudi-arabia-is-buying-in-its-110-billion-1795442540
President Donald Trump is celebrating a ten-year, $350 billion arms deal with Saudi Arabia he announced over the weekend during his visit in Riyadh; $110 billion of that figure will take affect immediately.

The Saudis also use 'barrel bombs' in Yemen but then, we don't care about that.

Problem is liar, the press started it.

That does not matter.

HERE is what DOES matter: When ANY US POTUS has a years long running battle against the free press then nations around the planet take notice & governments notice.
Many will take that war upon the free press as a green light to attack those within the ranks of the press that they disagree with.
Khashoggi met that very fate & with Trump's blessing.

----------------------------------------- for the business minded folk i think its the sale of military items plus the Saudis are USA Allies that need the equipment RDD ,

Khashoggi was a Saudi citizen, self exiled, living in the Washington DC area, working as a journalist

The funny thing is with the current US fracking Boom Saudi oil is more important to Europe and Asia than it is to us.

Of course, we still import from them, and Oil is a global fungible commodity, but we are in better domestic oil shape than most of Europe, China, and Japan are.
