The mistake Zimmerman made was not waiting for the police and it led to him blocking too many punches with his face......but then again Trayvan was a punk who loved swinging on bus-drivers according to his tweets, and according to the coroner he tested positive for THC.....so he was into drugs.

Florida's 18th District State's Attorney: Charge George Zimmerman with Stalking & Murdering Trayvon Martin

On February 26, 2012 Trayvon Martin was murdered by his stalker, George Zimmerman.

Florida Stalking Statute 748.048
(2) Aggravated stalking: willful, malicious and repeated following or harassing another with credible threats with the intent to place person in reasonable fear of death or bodily injury;

FACTS:
1) George Zimmerman had no legal authority to: Stalk, follow, stop and/or detain anyone.

2) Police Dispatch told Zimmerman they "do not need" Zimmerman to follow Trayvon Martin.

3) As soon as Zimmerman willfully, knowingly and with forethought ignored Police advise, to not follow Trayvon, Zimmerman became an armed Stalker

Once Zimmerman went from concerned citizen to Stalker, all actions Zimmerman took toward Trayvon Martin were UNLawful.

4) Armed Stalkers are not engaged in "lawful activity" while they are engaged in stalking. In fact, armed Stalkers ARE engaged in "UNLawful Activity" while they are stalking.

Florida "Stand Your Ground Law" ONLY applies to people engaged in Lawful Activity and does NOT apply to people engaged in UNLawful Activity.

--Therefore; Florida "Stand Your Ground Law" does NOT apply to Zimmerman, or any other stalkers who UNLawfully stalks their prey with a loaded gun.

5) Florida "Stand Your Ground Law" Statute 776.012
"A person who is not engaged in an UNLawful activity and who is attacked in any other place where he or she has a right to be has no duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground and meet force with force, including deadly force if he or she reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.”

Keywords: "NOT engaged in UNLawful activity"

Again, Zimmerman WAS engaged in UNlawful activity as he was stalking Trayvon Martin.

Therefore, Zimmerman's excuse does NOT pass the threshold under Florida's "self-defense under Stand Your Ground Law" -- Primarily because Zimmerman WAS engaged in UNLawful Activity.

6) Sanford Police Crime Prevention Specialist, Wendy Dorival told Palm Beach Post,
" I met Zimmerman in September at a community neighborhood watch presentation."

Wendy Dorival said that in that September Presentation she told participants:
"If it’s someone you don’t recognize, call us. We’ll figure it out. Observe from a safe location. [I showed] a slide about not being vigilante police."

7) The manual, from the National Neighborhood Watch Program, states:
"It should be emphasized to members that they do not possess police powers, and they shall NOT carry weapons or pursue vehicles. They should also be cautioned to alert police or deputies when encountering strange activity. Members should NEVER confront suspicious persons who could be armed and dangerous...."

Therefore, Zimmerman knew, in advance of stalking/following Trayvon Martin that he was violating the Laws governing Neighborhood Watch Programs as he carried his loaded 9mm gun to stalk Trayvon (illustrates MORE unlawful activity from Zimmerman).

It isn't just Florida Statutes that suggest Zimmerman became an armed Stalker the moment he willingly, knowingly and with forethought ignored Police Dispatcher to not follow Trayvon
... Trayvon and a friend who was talking to Trayvon on his cell-phone thought Zimmerman was stalking him.

We learned on March 20, 2012 that Trayvon was talking on his phone to his friend while Zimmerman was following him. The friend told Trayvon to run from Zimmerman and the friend told ABC News she and Trey thought Trey had "escaped" Zimmerman.

From ABC News:
Trayvon's friend said, "uddenly the strange man was back, cornering Martin. Trayvon said, 'What, are you following me for,' and the man said, 'What are you doing here.' Next thing I hear is somebody pushing, and somebody pushed Trayvon because the head set just fell. I called him again and he didn't answer the phone."

Thus, Trayvon's state of mind illustrates that he feared for his life and/or feared bodily harm from his stalker Zimmerman.

Therefore, between the two of them: Trayvon Martin was the only one that night who could legally employ Florida's "Stand Your Ground Law" -- not Zimmerman.

8) Police said "Zimmerman had blood on his nose" -- if that is true, and if the nose was bloodied by Trayvon punching Zimmerman in the nose, then Trayvon legally employed "Stand Your Ground Law" as his armed stalker was the aggressor by virtue of stalking Trey.

Therefore, even if Trayvon did throw the first punch, it is irrelevent as Trayvon had a legal right to defend HIMSELF under Florida "Stand Your Ground Law" -- Zimmerman did not have any right to punch, detain, or pull a loaded gun on Trayvon as Zimmerman was engaged in UNLawful Stalking.

The Bottom Line is this:
George Zimmerman was an armed stalker who unlawfully stalked his prey, Trayvon Martin.

Zimmerman should be arrested and charged with Stalking and the Murder of Trayvon Martin -- as "Stand Your Ground Law" does NOT apply to Stalkers.
