Wild Animal Terrorizing my back yard

So my spouse calls me on the telephone today. She tells me of a 'monster' which has moved into our back yard - looks like he decided to make a house under a tarp we have out back (covering mary's building materials).

He's about 6-8" high, mary estimates.

There are bunnies (aka rabbits) in my back yard too.
They are so cute, and so well-behaved as to be almost invisible.

One night me and my room mate, Phil, heard this wild scream. We rushed outside, in the dark, and extracted a baby bunny from our cat's jaws.
I hope that baby bunny is now a Grand Mother or Father.

The cat is still alive- the sweetest, nicest cat, you'd agree, if you met her.
