One of the documents, a US military report, reportedly charges Turkey with failing to control its borders, because Iraqi citizens residing in Turkey provided al-Qaida with supplies to build bombs, guns and ammunition.

Yeah, but Turkey started the PKK. If your country hadn't been oppressing and doing genocide to Kurds they wouldn't have rebelled in the first place, learn from history, when you piss off minority ethnic groups they come back to bite you. Plus saying that your military is useless if it can't even handle a few rebels, and has failed since 1979 to contain them (even foreign intervention is no excuse for that level of incompetence). Or are you going to dismiss the blatantly obvious too?

Wikileaks says that Iraqi citizens living within Turkey bought supplies with which Al-Kaida built bombs for their operations in Iraq.
What's the role of Turkish State in this? The worst situation would be, that State Authorities did not move against these kind of Iraqi citizens although they had the informations to move against them.

Now to USA:
US troops in Iraq supplied PKK with weapons. Directly. For its terrorist operations within Turkey. PKK terrorists which where randomly taken into custody were released and USA ignored PKK's operations within Iraq (PKK's logistics and retreating space).


It's things we already knew.
