Deshaun Watson is better
Winston is somewhat comparable to Stafford. 3 years as the starter with no playoff appearances, despite which his 5th year option was picked up. Of course, things have gone less than great for him this year.
Watson hasn't even played a full season yet, and after playing great last year, even those he's tapered off some this year, his team is going to the playoffs.
