Why you think there are HIGHER EXPECTATIONS for starting black QB's???

BUT a mutherfucker like Matthew Stafford has failed every year since 2008 and is still the starter. You know it's no way in hell a black QB would still be starting if these was his stats since 2008

0-3 as a playoff starter
Missed the playoffs 7 times as a starter
Missed the playoffs 3 straight season

The black man would have been gone by 2013 LOL
Black QBs have a higher risk of beating up a woman.

log out faggot

Black QBs are being judged on two fronts; their ability to pass AND their ability to run; unlike white QBs who are not expected to be able to run.

Players like Randall Cunningham, Michael Vick, Russell Wilson, RG3, etc... have set an unfair standard for other black QBs.

Your premise is unsubstantiated. A Randall Cunningham was expected to be able to run because that was part of his talent. A Rodney Peete was not, because it wasn't. Similarly a Fran Tarkenton had and used that talent, while a Ron Jaworski did not.

The best QB in NFL history is almost immobile. He was never a runner, and will fire the ball into the sideline rather than scramble.

Pro football is nothing more than entertainment. Team owners are more interested in the bottom line, return on investment, so they put a team on the field people will pay ridiculous amounts to see and buy whatever tchotchke they have for sale.

Seems like an odd complaint considering the black QBs starting and doing fine job ,,,and those starting and not so much

Warren Moon was the greatest QB that I ever saw in my life.

I am a Montana fan from his days at Notre Dame but Moon was so damn good.

Too bad not more like him.

Oh poster please.

I tell ya what, Randall literally changed the game. Because of how he redefined the position, defenses had to completely re-form what they were doing if they wanted to contain him at all. And if they didn't, bye-bye.

I had given up on watching football until Randall came up. Then I came back.

Bla...bla...bla...bla...

Tom Brady is the greatest ever. Saying otherwise is wrong.

Marcia Marcia Marcia. Wrong number 12. Entertaining as watching paint dry.

Let's go current, Jameis Winston.
Dont like him

Deshaun Watson is better

Winston is somewhat comparable to Stafford. 3 years as the starter with no playoff appearances, despite which his 5th year option was picked up. Of course, things have gone less than great for him this year.

Watson hasn't even played a full season yet, and after playing great last year, even those he's tapered off some this year, his team is going to the playoffs.

Winston drives me nuts

Looks HOF one game and an interception machine the next

Although really, he's not as bad as Fitzmagic. That man is the definition of peaks and valleys in QB play!
