Why Wilson was Legally Justified in Utilizing Deadly Force

1. The evidence from the scuffle in the car establishes Mike Browns intent to use deadly force or serious bodily harm. Particularly the fact that Brown grabbed for Wilsons firearm which is substantiated by the blood on the firearm.
2. Why charging a police officer (No matter what the distance) after establishing your intent to use deadly force, or cause serious bodily harm, will result in getting you shot. (See Below)

Was authorized since the intial reason for the stop was Brown and his partner were breaking the law j-walking. Had they been on the sidewalk there'd have been no reasonable cause to stop and question them, and thus everything which followed would have been illegal. Since the reason for the stop was lawful, everything that followed was also lawful as Mr. Brown caused the fatal response laying hands on an officer. From that moment on, lethal force is authorized under Missouri law. Running away, being unarmed, or surrendering doesn't enter into it. You attack a cop, he can kill you, and should.
