Yep a known accelerant used in home made explosives when other such compounds cant be found. Just mix with a powder base until a putty is formed and ignite. By the way fibreglass is no good on wooden boats as it reacts and produces acetic acid which delaminates the fibreglass. This might explain the sinking fishing boats that you blame on the IDF.
