elvis was a very handsome guy with a fabulous voice who wrote? and sang mostly mediocre love songs

because of his looks and his voice he was VERY popular with the ladies

the beatles were 4 relatively talented kids from liverpool who STARTED OFF writing and singing mostly mediocre love songs but, when they started smoking pot, began to create/compose some of the greatest tunes and albums ever written/recorded

other than swiveling his hips elvis didn't change the music world or give us music that transformed a generation
