STATES RIGHTS is ALREADY a disaster for the RED states.

Why isn't this broken down by county and then even further by individual. Wouldn't that actually be accurate as opposed to some simplistic claim that red states receive money from blue states. Are you sure it's not all the red people from the blue states supporting the blue people in the red states? Nope you have no clue yet again.

There is always an "outlier". Just like one or two Blue States. Just like 6% of scientists being Republican. Rarely is anything 100%. But 94% is very close. It's difficult for Republicans to understand that since they believe so wholeheartedly in absolutes.

The Tenth Amendment was placed into the US Constitution for the purpose of not only describing the limits of the federal government but to insure rights not enumerated to the federal government are reserved to the States or the People.
I see nothing wrong with that.
Your side wants central planning. To have an all powerful federal government. You people WANT big government.
Oh, the federal Dept of Education should be eliminated. Education is an issue for the States.
Schools should be controlled locally. Not by a bunch of dopey over paid, overstuffed Washington bureaucrats and certainly not under the thumb of the busy body US DOJ with their constant harassment of local school districts.

states rights is a product of the 10th amendment to the constitution not something the rebublicans are making up.
The problems in georgia stem from the relucktance and lack of enforcement of the existing immigration laws. This then fell to the states to accomplish in light of the feds abdication. The resulting shortage of workers is really a poor showing on the part of the unemployed (not the republicans) the would appear to be too lazy or too proud to accept such work - why should they? Heck the state and federal government (democrats) will pay them more to stay at home and watch the boob tube and drink beer.

Your concept of defining or attributing a failure in states rights to the republicans just shows how shallow and myoptic a thinker one is.

You know, another huge premise flaw to this thread is the idea that funding somehow equates to education results.

Yes...Washington DC has the highest per student spending ratio of any school district in the nation...How's that working for them?

For one, Republicans love to discriminate. They are constantly at war with a half dozen minorities. But you knew that.
