Yeah I know, but in today's "changed" United States it wouldn't surprise me to find our federal justice department suing Texas for being mean. I know George Bush publically opposed the Medellin execution on behalf of the federal government's treaty obligations but I think that was more for show than anything else. Just my opinion.
