these all did not happen in one year/all the time/chronically
there will always be problems like these--humans are not perfect
but there is not a chronic, major problem of police shootings

the problem is blacks committing crime at very high rates
cops are doing a good job at NOT shooting jackass black criminals
there are over 30 Million calls for police assistance per year--not counting traffic stops

Lots and lots of cars still have coil wires. Many of them cannot be accessed easily though, but some can. It's also impractical in most cases because most if not all vehicles today have a coil for each cylinder. Plus it's very easy to destroy the coil wire removing it.
