Why our children are failing in school

Liberals really thought they could teach Hispanics how to be white people with a tan.

Kind of like the Carlisle Indian Industrial School where Indial children were taken from their homes, their culture and forced to become "white like"

As more schools were developed across the country, the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) put pressure on Indian families to send their children to the boarding schools. To save their children from capture, some parents taught their children a hiding “game” to be used when BIA officers arrived. The Hopi nation surrendered groups of their men to prison sentences in Alcatraz rather than send their children to the schools.

Students also learned trade and work skills, such as artisan and domestic crafts, which were considered useful at the time. They were taught Christianity and expected to attend church, but had their choice among those in town. The school also had an outing program where the Indian children could go live with white families in the attempt to Americanize themCarlisle Indian Industrial School - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hmmm. So guess your comment is directed at my lovely bride? You know, the one who got her degree in accounting with honors. The Hispanic one.

Quite a post there, chief.
Good, that should be one less on welfare.

And here people wonder where those darn Liberals get the impression that Conservatives are a bunch of racist assholes. Go figure.

Privatize the schools. Save money and get better educated kids. For the most part anyway. The unions won't like it, but we're spending too much money on politics that should be going to the kids.

What does privatization have to do with teacher and children learning?
IQ and learning disablities is not sovled by private schools.
Children are failing in private schools and on vouchers.

To the extent appropriate, the LEA must select private school children who are failing, or most at risk of failing, to meet the State's student content and performance standards
