American health care was hopelessly inefficient and bankrupting because it was liberal socialist. Therefore, a liberal socialist like Obama will want an even more liberal socialist healthcare system to correct the problems of the old liberal socialist system. It is throwing gas on the fire, but a liberal socialist will lack the ability to understand that; hence we have Obama care.

Red China just switched to capitalism and freedom to, after centuries, miraculously end liberal en masse starvation while Obama switched to socialism. Go figure

Would you say it's more liberal, or more socialist?

most importantly its more government!! Why do you ask if you know?

Okay, NO health care. I'm tired. I'm willing to sit down, not move, and die of dehydration when I'm too old to work. I really am. All family interested in my welfare, exactly two siblings, are more than a decade older than I, so I'm screwed. Any assistance for old folks that Roosevelt brought forth has been hotly resisted by ALL good Republicans, including my own dad and grandfather, who actually fully enjoyed all of Roosevelt's promises until they died. But hotly resisted as they are, it's only RIGHT that nobody deserves any work benefits: health care, pensions. All are socialist.

Okay, I'll sit and die. But it would be easier if every Republican fuck who LOVED the benefits while bitching about them were equally deprived.

Obamacare was necessary to further create dependence on government for the American public.

How can anyone think that obamacare will be beneficial if it's run by Cass Sunstein.

Ok, Obamacare, heres some things to consider, while it's true that this nation has 20 to 40 million people uninsured depending on who you believe that would leave almost 90% of the rest of the nation with insurance. So rather than address the needs of the uninsured, Obamacare seeks to take apart the 90% in an effort to cover everyone which given many factors will never achieve. The other issue with Obamacare is ths Individual Mandate which in my humble opinion will soon find itself struck down by the Supreme Court as been a huge over-reach on the part of Congressional powers. Had the real intention been to actually offer people the ability to purchase cheaper insurance and lower costs then the healthcare bill could have easily been accomplished with wide support from both parties. For example, if a person shop for a pair of shorts in any state in the Union, so to should they be allowed to shop for cheap insurance, in so doing this will promote competetion especially online and will lower the costs for all. Still other things that could be done is institue a loser pays system for medical malpractice suits . Allow individuals to form their own co-ops to purchase group insurance, and as for pre-existing condition, frankly I see nothing at all wrong with a requirement for insuring those with pre-existing condition and would consider this the cost of doing business. Obamacare seeks, to use Medicaid as the low cost instrument by which the poor will be insured and to be honest here , there is abig difference between having insurance and actually having the ability to use it as many people will soon find themselves in a situation where the standards of care are determined by wealth. I for one am NOT in favor of a system like that and would much prefer hitting the problem head on and thats lowering the cost of care and helath insurance rather than enriching health insurance companies by passing a law that people have it. So while many think that Obamacare is the answer to all things, ask yourselves this, in the over a year it took to push this legislation through which may eventually be struck down by the Court how much time was lost on the real problem at hand ? the economy, and how many people could have gotten jobs and insurance had the focus been where it needed to be.

why sit and die? with Republican capitalist health care you'd get twice the care at half the price! Every wonder why a computer costs less and does more today?
