You bring up a good point, Old Rocks, about Social Contracts.

The only problem we have today is that there are not enough taxes collected from the 30% of the population who work to support 100% of the people within our borders. This is born out in a Government Labor PDF saying that 99,500,000 people are working, and the US population is around 325,000,000.

The other problem is, investigative people are writing stuff like Why the Jobs Situation is Worse Than It Looks. (U.S. News) They're saying Obama's job statistics are thriving in the part-time jobs growth, not full-time jobs, which are suffering. Employers are going to part time jobs to avoid paying retirement benefits which they cannot afford. Wish they were writing nicer things than that, but as it is, these finer points are not being clarified by those making claims with the hopes that they will simply get re-elected to let it slide some more while they spend the people into oblivion, and they're operatives are here with a whole new paradigm of what looks good but is not truly good news, considering the fact cover-up that is going on in the Obama administration.

Do you have a comprehension problem, insurance in regard to health care no longer exist. Government has dictated its elimination and now they dictate what is or is not acceptable condition for payment.
