Why not examine the cause of hatred at the legal system?

I'm in no way condoning recent events in Atlanta but I find it curious that the ONLY thing that is being looked at here are ways to beef up security. Any one have enough guts to examine why so many people are incensed at our laws, legal rulings, punishments and a system in general that can cause such anger. This guy is far from the only man in America who is seriously angry at it!

This guy is a criminal dillo. Criminals hate the justice system because it makes them pay for their crimes. But I know you're just playing devil's advocate.
