Everyone knows, even if not everyone will admit it, that Trayvon assaulted Zimmerman. Yet, I've not heard a peep in all the jewish media that Trayvon shouldn't have attacked Zimmerman, if he did. Why didn't Cosby say that blacks need to find way to deal with situations without resorting to violence? The MSM didn't even look at any reason Zimmerman had to shoot Martin before the "broke the story". From the begining it was a racially motivated crime because one person appeared white and the other black. People are still insisting it's a hate crime but where does race factor in? It was dark and Martin was wearing a hoodie like 99% of the American population. Zimmerman was following the kid because there had been crimes in his neighborhood. What? is he not supposed to question what a stranger in his neighborhood is up to? Zimmermans stupid part in all this was following Trayvon after he was told not to by the police.

Now Martin was a kid but under a hoodie how would Zimmerman know that? Never the less Just because someone is following you doesn't give you the right to put your hands on them and that's what Martin did. He had a phone, he could have called police and reported a man following him or called his father and told him he was being followed, but instead he chose to fight. I haven't heard one thing in this case where race was a factor. This isn't a racist incident it's a case of two people behaving badly.

The only racists in this whole mess are the people who insist it's a race crime.

Exactly. The prima facie position is that Zimmerman shot in self-defense (the police decided it was self-defense). A closer examination of the evidence is all consistent with self-defense. Yet, nearly the entire media took the position that Zimmerman didn't shoot in self-defense, and then they began twisting the evidence to support their position (a pre-teen picture, the imaginary "coon", etc.). This is how everything in this society works, blame the white guy for everything (regarding racial relations). And, society's only message is that white guys need to change to make America post-racial (which I suppose means letting yourself get beaten to death, or letting burglars case the neighborhood). Blacks need do nothing.

Zimmerman didn't even know Trayvon was black until after he dialed 911, as shown by the 911 call. When asked about race by the operator, Travon first speculates, then later when he's sure, he asserts that the person is black. Even Zimmerman supporters tend to blindly accept that the 911 call was unjustified... totally discounting Zimmerman's judgement, without the slightest justification. We didn't see how Trayvon was acting (but, why did it take an hour for a 15-minute trip to 7-11), but Zimmerman did. We know that Trayvon has a history of burglary (being caught at school with probably stolen jewelry, along with a "burglary tool"). We know he's at the age, race, and sex that commits the most crimes. Yet, somehow it's totally unthinkable that Trayvon might actually have been casing the neighborhood, and so Zimmerman must have been profiling.

I think just about everyone (if not too scared) would tend to follow someone they called 911 on, just so they can tell the police where the guy is when the police show up. But, this is what liberals use to prove that Zimmerman chased down Trayvon. That's an illegitimate conclusion, but it's the only conclusion that can be reached based on the dictating assumption that the white guy is always guilty.

Whatever started Zimmerman is irrelevant. Trayvon attacked Zimmerman and Zimmerman shot in self defense.

It's beyond time we start telling blacks to shape up, but it'll never happen. Why not? "Don't solve problems with violence." "Don't commit crimes, you make the whole race suspect" (black crime is ironically used to defend black criminals, like Trayvon, with accusations of profiling). What? The black-skinned people on TV aren't real blacks? The only blacks on TV I've seen defending Zimmerman are those who know him personally (BTW, I've seen no whites, who know Trayvon personally, defending Trayvon).
