Still, Israel was not built by a bunch of nomads. It was rebuilt by its indigenous people, the Jewish people.
And not all Arabs were nomads, that is a generalization.

No, there was no country formed in the Mandate of Palestine in 1946 called Palestine. Not legally.

The ones who recreated their Nation on their homeland with the approval of the United Nations, were the indigenous Jewish People in 1948.

And that is something that too many in the Christian and Islamic ideologies cannot stomach.

I will answer the above uninformed claims first.
Some time ago I decided to study “Racism” seriously and I came across the justification that colonializing countries used to legitimise the theft of countries they annexed. Justification created by the Catholic Church.

The first I came across was, “Dum Diversas” a papal bull reinforced by yet another papal bull issued on 18 June 1452 by Pope Nicholas V authorized Afonso V of Portugal, “to conquer Saracens and pagans and consign them to "perpetual servitude".

This led me to “Romanus Pontifex”, Latin for "The Roman Pontiff", which is a papal bull written in 1454 by Pope Nicholas V to King Afonso V of Portugal as a follow-up to the Dum Diversas, it, “confirmed to the Crown of Portugal dominion over all lands south of Cape Bojador in Africa.” Laughable if it was not so obscene.

By then I had reached the opinion that racism was a lot older than the 19th and 20th century.

It is these Old Catholic racist justifications that you are using to claim Palestine.

It comes down to how you define, “Legally”. If you had bothered to look into the history of Palestine you would have found the Sykes–Picot Agreement. This was a 1916 secret treaty between the United Kingdom and France, with assent from the Russian Empire and Italy, to define their mutually agreed spheres of influence and control in an eventual partition of the Ottoman Empire. In other words a carve up ignoring the rights of the indigenous people of the area, the Arabs. This was reinforced by something referred to as the, “The Balfour Declaration”. This was nothing other than a public statement issued by the British government in 1917 during the First World War announcing support for the establishment of a "national home for the Jewish people" in Palestine, then an Ottoman region with a small minority Jewish population.

I am studying what I refer to as the Israel Palestinian situation and one of the methods of study that I use is that when I am recommended a particular book I look for reviews on it. I was recommended to read, "Imperial Israel The History of the Occupation of the West Bank and Gaza" by Michael Palumbo but for the first time I have not been able to find a single review of it. Can anyone assist me?
