Do they somehow disown a Mexican when he gets caught?

Mexican presidents have stated publicly that Mexicans who become Americans are still Mexicans to Mexico regardless of what Oath of Alliegiance they are "forced" to take. That means that a Mexican can never be an American. Therefore, we Americans have no obligations to Mexico or Mexicans. The Mexicans that are in this country now are tourists who are living off the US taxpayer.
