Why is Obama perceived as weak?

Why is Obama perceived as weak?

Maybe cause he stated that he was gonna take on the powers that be and instead looks like a card carrying member.

And not a single fact to back up that accusation. Typical.

Obama is a feckless, faux intellectual with zero experience.

And this is what you get when you elect that.

Not exactly.

Bush broke treaties and faith with the world.

Obama attempted to restore both. For the most part, it's worked. But alot still needs to be done.

Obama ran on a platform of changing the way things are done in Washington.

He didn't.

He doubled down on it instead.

That's ridiculous. And it's the same meme, that when gets played over and over seems to be "reasonable" and not partisan. But it's not..and it's bullshit.

Upon entering office, Obama immediately recinded torture and secret prisons.

He also made it clear that the United States would not use nuclear weapons as a first strike option..a clear break with the Bush administration. He acknowledged "Operation Ajax" and offered the Iranians a path to negotiations in regards to normalizing relations.

Gone is the bellicose tenor of the Bush administration toward the international community.

Right. Now remind me and Raw Story about what rendition is please. Stop the CIA and farm it out.

Obama preserves rendition two days after taking office

Two days after taking the helm of a country ready for change after eight years of George W. Bush, President Obama has allowed one controversial "War on Terror" tactic to remain in place: rendition.

Despite frequent condemnation of the practice around the world, rendition -- the secret capture, transportation and detention of suspected terrorists to foreign prisons in countries that cooperate with the U.S. -- remains in the CIA's playbook, thanks to a Jan. 22 executive order issued by President Obama.

Other executive orders shuttered the CIA's secret prisons and banned the harsh interrogation techniques that have been termed torture. And in his most widely noticed break with his predecessor, Obama signed an order to close Guantanamo Bay's prison within one year...

Now when did Guantanomo close? :eusa_shhh:

Partisan hackery at its worse.

He has experience and he is an intellectual. You're just intimidated because he makes your shortcomings look a whole lot worse....

That's not partisan, though you may consider it hackery. It's one person's opinion of Obama, not the left in general. Now that would be partisan hackery.

Ok, so he's a strong leader with a superior intellect and a wealth of experience?

You're either very stupid, or just plain ole full-of-shit or probably, a mixture of both.

Not too sure about a strong leader, but a good and effective one. You really need to bone up on his bio if you think he lacks experience.

I suppose you think Sarah Palin had more experience being the Mayor of Bumfuck (pop 10,000), Alaska for six years and Governor of Alaska (pop 700,000) for 2.5 years beats his 7 years as a state Senator for Illinois (pop 12 MILLION) and then representing Illinois (pop 12 MILLION) iun the House for 3.5 years?

As for the Superior intellect - how many editors has the Harvard Law Review actually had? I would suggest you'd have to have a pretty good brain to be a Professor or law and teach the subject for 12 years.

Who's stupid again, Loser?

He's weakened America.....therefore he's weak....

....or would you rather call it treasonous....???

Hi did not do anything that is treasonous.

In my opinion, he allwed his ideology trump reality and thus he has given America a weaker look to the rest of the world.

He truly believed that if we admit we werre what the world opted to see us as, they would forgive us and let us play their reindeer games.

Maybe...just maybe...if he said

"what you percieve as arrogance is not arrogance...We do not see oursleves as superior...but we see ourselves as a strong nation that is willing to offer assistance whenever and wherever possible...and whereas it may come acorss as arrogance, our intentions are good and by no means arrogant...and we will conentrate on adjusting our approach so our intentions are no longer misconstrued...."

Maybe we would not seem like we have our tails between our legs.

Like Biden said...President is not a learn on the job position.

Obama is an obvious ideologue (& puppet) whose goal is the subjugation of America to a world view of socialism....everything he has done so far points to that....he never promotes America's exceptionalism...and he's spending (destroying) us into oblivion as part of the process....you have to tear down before you can rebuild a new way....tell me how a "Constitutional professor" elected as the President can be so "stupid" as to ignore and subvert the basic tenets of America.....how can one call it "stupidity"....and not treasonous behavior....?

For the same reason somebody can make such a dumbarse post as this one....
