Attorney General William Barr on Tuesday said he has noticed a troubling trend of
nationwide injunctions issued by lower courts that have taken their toll on President
Trump’s agenda and threaten the political process for future administrations.Barr, who
has been accused by Democrats of protecting Trump after the release of the Mueller
report, told the American Law Institute that there is a new trend of judicial "willingness"
to review executive action, which injects courts into the political process.

He pointed to the district court in California that in January 2018 issued a temporary
injunction to block the Trump administration from ending Deferred Action for Childhood
Arrivals, or DACA. DACA has protected about 800,000 people who were brought to the
U.S. illegally as children or came with families who overstayed visas. The Obama-era
program includes hundreds of thousands of college-age students.

U. S. District Judge William Alsup said at the time that lawyers in favor of Daca
demonstrated that the immigrants "were likely to suffer serious, irreparable harm"
without court action. The judge also said the lawyers have a strong chance of
succeeding at trial.
The White House was swift to criticize these lower court injunctions and called
this particular decision "outrageous." USVP Mike Pence recently said the
administration will ask the Supreme Court to bar them.

"So what have these nationwide injunctions wrought? Dreamers remain in limbo the
political process has been pre-empted, and we have had over a year of bitter political
division that included a government shutdown of unprecedented length," Barr said.
Barr said nationwide injunctions violate the separation of powers. He said that since
Trump took office, there have been 37 nationwide injunctions - more than one a month -
against his office and he said there is likely no end in sight. He said by comparison,
there were two instances where district courts issued an injunction in President Obama's
first two years.

The Associated Press wrote that this is "the latest example of Barr moving to embrace
Trump's political talking points." Its report pointed out that Trump criticized these
rulings at a rally earlier this month saying "activist judges who issue nationwide
injunctions on their personal beliefs, undermine democracy and threaten the rule of law."

Barr has brushed aside criticism from Democrats that he is in the President's pocket.
He told the Wall Street Journal that he is defending the presidency, not Trump.
"If you destroy the presidency and make it an errand boy for Congress, we're going to be
a much weaker and more divided nation," he said.

We have a Congress trying to pass wiffle laws to control the courts, who they are using BECAUSE NOBODY STOPPED HILLARY WHEN SHE WAS RECORDING AND SAVING 900 FBI FILES ON HER HUSBAND'S IMPORTANT RIVALS SO THAT SHE COULD RUIN THEM, ONE BY ONE. That little old lie she used, "I forget," just doesn't cut it with reasonable American voters.

Even so, it is clear to me after seeing the heads of FBI departments that were lending a hand to destroy President Trump by breaking the laws by taking orders from one rival thug named Hillary Clinton and her equal, thug Barack Obama, shameful misuser of the United States Constitution on every imaginable front to route more money than the Treasury's coffers had in them to his Democrat friends. In the meantime, he decimated the American Military, and President Trump has had to fight for every nickel to restore the military to have the means to defend us from traitors who gave our military secrets away to China and Russia, leaving us on the chopping block of their nasty threats against us.

Because we didn't deal with criminals in politics who found an easy way to establish wealth for themselves from foreign sources already picking our pockets due to our generosity of trading with them, we're studk with dealing with them right now with Kim Jong Junior hammering us with nuclear warnings, and has made deals with Russia, who recently received (for a healthy amount paid to the Clinton Library Fund) 20% of America's nuclear materials in the future, and guess who's been tapping the Clinton Library Fund for self-fluffing luxuries? The devil is in the details, and majority democrats in Congress in a cowardly act of hatred for their rivals are using numbskull haters like shameful Congressman Nadler to beat up Trump's credibility with a thousand cuts.

The Democrats in this Congress are a disgrace to their oaths of office to defend the Constitution by trying to put ALL the power of 3 branches at the whim of Hillary's 900++++++ FBI files on everybody who's anybody in Political America. That leaves the average American Joe with a huge tax bill, a ridiculous rise in state and local taxes, and little left to have the American Dream come his way.

This Congress is hell bent to the end of DESTROYING the American Dream by making us responsible for more and more billions of dollars by refusing to fund the barrier we need at our southern border and ports of entry to stop illegal immigration; killing off future Americans from fluffing women who use abortion a means of getting rid of the unborn (60 million at this point, and over a million each and every year we have Roe v. Wade to kill them off with).

report, told the American Law Institute that there is a new trend of judicial "willingness"
to review executive action, which injects courts into the political process.

He pointed to the district court in California that in January 2018 issued a temporary
injunction to block the Trump administration from ending Deferred Action for Childhood
Arrivals, or DACA. DACA has protected about 800,000 people who were brought to the
U.S. illegally as children or came with families who overstayed visas. The Obama-era
program includes hundreds of thousands of college-age students.

U. S. District Judge William Alsup said at the time that lawyers in favor of Daca
demonstrated that the immigrants "were likely to suffer serious, irreparable harm"
without court action. The judge also said the lawyers have a strong chance of
succeeding at trial.
The White House was swift to criticize these lower court injunctions and called
this particular decision "outrageous." USVP Mike Pence recently said the
administration will ask the Supreme Court to bar them.

"So what have these nationwide injunctions wrought? Dreamers remain in limbo the
political process has been pre-empted, and we have had over a year of bitter political
division that included a government shutdown of unprecedented length," Barr said.
Barr said nationwide injunctions violate the separation of powers. He said that since
Trump took office, there have been 37 nationwide injunctions - more than one a month -

first two years.

The Associated Press wrote that this is "the latest example of Barr moving to embrace

Barr has brushed aside criticism from Democrats that he is in the President's pocket.
