Watchout king james, you'll run afoul of the "anti-generalization police"!

Logic itself is a tool of oppression, doncha know!

Welcome to our cave.

They can take my generalizations from my cold dead hands :)

I guess that's the same argument as #2 above. It is completely unconstitutional to take my money from me in direct disproportion to any other's. The fact that I am "rich" is debatable. Why don't they factor in how much money I have to spend to keep up my household? I live in the state with the highest state/local income tax, the highest property taxes, the highest insurance costs, etc. Until I am treated the same as some guy from whatever city in the Midwest who makes the same yet has about 1/4 the living costs I do, they had better not raise taxes on the so-called rich. Why is it that so many people who advocate for the equal treatment of people on almost every front, fail to treat me equally because of the size of my salary?

Kind of a side issue but has the Supreme Court ever ruled if the progessive tax system is constitutional or not?

2) The "No Child Left Behind Act" will now be funded.

I'm really interested in this point, you think Kerry will keep NCLB? Do you know what that means? Do you want full funding of this?
