Woman calls cops to say her ex has a bomb on a plane.

Philadelphia police received a call around 7 a.m. from a person stating that a specific individual had explosive liquid on him and was attempting to get it past TSA and onto the Dallas flight.

She calls at 7, what do we do? Do we stop the plane before it takes off? No.

Plane boards and takes of at 7:39. The plane is in the air now, what do we do? Do we assume that the experts at the TSA would have found the explosives? No.

Do we think that, if this guy actually has a bomb he might set it off if we turn the plane around? No.

Do we turn the plane around, rush a guy that has a bomb without telling the passengers, and potentially kill everyone on the plane and the police? Yes.

Just look at Syria and Lybia a year ago to understand government sucks. Make it small and keep most of the power within the states.
