How can you give a tax break to someone that doesn't pay taxes?

Think of it this way - they're getting their break by the social programs provided them for free. The rest of us pay for these social programs, are you advocating we give them more?

But in answer to your question, PJ, the reason the Dems haven't jumped on this is because there's nothing to jump on!
